Over the Christmas break, I took a few weeks off from blogging to work on my new site, spend time with my family and start a few DIY projects around the home. Stepping into 2018 my home feels like it's in transition and a few rooms are getting a new look. I love interior design and changing things up around my house, more importantly, the projects on my DIY To-Do list are all necessary changes that will bring in my storage into my small home and style,

One Chapter Closes, Another One Opens

Welcome to my new blog Katrina Blair, after blogging under Chic Little House for years I’ve decided to take a leap of faith and blog under my namesake first name + middle name. I've always loved my middle name and swore if I ever had a daughter, her and I would share middle names, but we only two boys. Oh well.

This change has been on my mind of most of last year, in fact during the Summer I purchased my new domain name just in case, but I wanted to be ready when it was time to make the jump.

Fifteen years ago in front of family and friends and our son, Tabari who at the time was nine and we said our vows, committed to spending & building our lives together.

I can easily say, I’d say those vows again today with an even more pa
