Have you gone Brandless? Have you heard of the online store Brandless that promises affordable organic products all following under the home category? Think pantry staples including snacks, spices along with beauty buys, vitamins, and even dishware. The goal of Brandless is to take the middleman, i.e., the brand markup out of the organic process, obtain goods directly from the source and pass the savings onto the consumer equally savings for the consumer.
I was curious about the Brandless Mission since all the items in their online store are only $3.00 to me it almost sounds like the Dollar Tree of organic products, which personally for me is win-win. Buying organic, even shopping at Trader Joe’s can quickly add up, so when I saw that they were offering free shipping on your first order, I decided to fill my cart up with a mixture of their offerings. I ordered my products on a Wednesday, and my box of Brandless goodies arrived on Saturday afternoon! Two things I love, free shipping and fast shipping, yes I’ve gotten too used to Amazon Prime free shipping!
Here’s what I ordered from Brandless: Organic Honey, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Balsamic Oil, Biodegradable Coffee Cups (perfect for mornings on the go) Organic Dish Towels, Silicone Kitchen Utensils (Slotted Spoon, Serving Spoon, Pasta, and Turner.
I spent $ 27 bucks on the nine items and was impressed by the size of the Balsamic Vinegar; the Coconut oil was on the small size since for $2.00 more you can buy a larger size at Trader Joes. However, it's the perfect size for the bathroom; I love using coconut hair to moisturize my skin. I don’t use coconut oil on my hair; it's too drying. I’m thrilled with the coffee cups (sorry Starbucks, I'm keeping my coins) and utensils (hello my love of anything grey continues!)
Next on my list is to try out some of their snacks and mixes (brownies, muffin mixes) and cleaning products.
Hope over to thier site and check them out and let me know what your thoughts on what they offer.
